2 tbsp fat free salad dressing
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup cucumber chopped
1/2 cup red pepper chopped
1/2 cup black beans canned, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup strawberries chopped
1 tbsp goat cheese
2 cups spinach

1. Layer all ingredients in a 1 L mason jar starting with the dressing and ending with the spinach. Refrigerate.
2. When you are reading to eat, shake and transfer to a bowl.
